We’ve secured a block of rooms at the Ace Hotel & Swim Club in Palm Springs. All room types are available with a discount. However, if the room or night you want to book doesn’t show the HENDERSONBARBER discount applied, you’ll have to call 760-325-9900, Monday-Friday, between 9a–4p PST, ask for Deb and mention the Henderson-Barber wedding to book with the discount. (Make sure you are speaking with the in-house reservations team. If you’re transferred to central reservations, they cannot apply the discount.)
*Please note: We highly recommend that all guests arrive on Thursday, as check-in time on Friday (the BIG day) is after the ceremony starts.

How do I get there?

Yes, there is an international airport in Palm Springs! Flying into the Palm Springs Airport is our top recommendation for you out-of-towners. Where you’d be paying a little extra in airfare, you’d be saving in car rentals, gas, travel time and headache.

The San Diego airport is a very convenient one. If you’ve got other friends or family in San Diego or are tacking on some travel time in this palmed-up beachland, then we recommend flying in and out of SAN. Drive time to Palm Springs is about 2.5 hours.

LAX typically has the lowest airline ticket costs of the three airports (usually about $100 cheaper than flying into Palm Springs). Drive time to Palm Springs is approximately 2 hrs 15 mins. But we don’t need to tell you that LA invented traffic, so roll the dice at your own risk, but ye be warned.
